IMAGES WORLD #QURANHOUR

Local media agencies once again joined forces to commemorate World #QuranHour 1439H. The program will be held at Sultan Ahmad Shah Mosque IIUM, Gombak on 22 Ramadan 1439H/ 7 June 2018.
TV Stations, radio & newspapers will help to promote all activities regarding WQH.

Local celebrities, Datuk Rosyam Nor and Norman Hakim joined 1,200 motorcyclists in the Ride for World #QuranHour convoy from the National Mosque Kuala Lumpur to Shah Alam, Selangor on 3rd June 2018.

The event was aimed at building the momentum towards the World #QuranHour programme scheduled to be held on Thursday, 7th June 2018.

The World #Quran Hour 1439H (WQH) held on 7th June received the Royal support of Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah. 
The state ruler was present at the main event’s location at Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Mosque in the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) campus in Gombak in a show of support and solidarity with the ummah.
The programme was attended by 7,000 people and began with the reading of several verses of the Quran. This is the third edition of the WQH, which is commemorated worldwide.
Besides the event at IIUM, the programme was held at 700 other locations in Malaysia. Worldwide, there were some 3,000 locations where Quranic verses were recited simultaneously.

Alhamdulillah. World #QuranHour was organized by Embassy of Malaysia, Buenos Aires 22 Ramadan. PERWAKILAN Buenos Aires for the first time participated in the World #QuranHour – 22 Ramadan 1439H program. The event was held at the Embassy of Malaysia, Buenos Aires and headed by Datin Aniza Mohamad Tamil, spouse of the Malaysian Ambassador in Argentina.

The event began with the ladies from the Embassy and Petronas collectively recited Surah Al Hujarat of the Holy Al-Quran. Subsequently, a Quranic discussion was led by Datin Aniza – as to reflect, understand the meaning and apply the good values of the Quran in the daily lives from the soul of compassion. The event had provided an excellent opportunity for all to recite and capture the spirit of the last 10 blessed days of Ramadan.
Kudos to the Embassy of Malaysia for the initiative and “May Allah bless all of us and whole Ummah with his guidance and Keep us on the path of truth.”

The reciters was lead by Ust Ahmad Najib & Ust Ahmad Helmi. The translation was handled by Ust Samwel & Ust Rahmat Hasibuan.

Bro Umer Melmuri sent the photos of the World #QuranHour 1439H at Ma'din Mosque, Kerala India, held in conjuction with the Ma'din Ramadan Prayer Congregation and Peace Conference.

Mabrook Ma'din Academy, Bro Umer Mermuri, Dr Abbas Panakkal & team. It was truly a grand finale for World #QuranHour 1439H as 150,000 gathered at the Ma'din Campus, Kerala in India earlier this morning (about 12.30am, Malaysia time) to glorify the Quran.

A very special participation for this year's World #QuranHour is from Russia, a country where Muslims are minorities. Organized by the Co-Worker Centre in Nazran, Republic of Ingushetia, they gathered for the first time to interact with the Quran for World #QuranHour 1439H.

Mabrook to Bro Ahmad Buzurtanov & team for the successful program held. The above participation was initiated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oziev Gapur who is an alumni of IIUM and is currently teaching at IIUM. He is from the area where the centre is and has been contributing academically to the centre.

The World #QuranHour 1439H was also successfully organized in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. The program was attended by summer school students and university students. The World #QuranHour 1439 continues for the International Participants.

Latest received is from Bro Ibrahim Karadas who has arranged for the participation of Hayrat Foundation in Sudan. More than 50 students participated from different countries, right after tarawih prayer, from 10.00pm to 11.00pm.
